Hanova Hills Farm believes that small-scale farming is good for the environment and produces meat products that are healthy, robust in flavor, and tender to the fork. Their artisan beef is pasture-raised in Northern Chautauqua County and finished without growth hormones or antibiotics. It is hand-processed in a local plant, then aged to concentrate flavor and ensure tenderness.
